    Trouble maintaining an erection.

I remained a virgin till recently. In my mid twenties. I think you're right. I am experiencing the same type of problem explained here. I don't know what to do about it. Do you have any solutions?

If this is the case, all the prior advice remains, dont stress him out, nurture it along, don't blame yourself, blah blah.

You are probably too nervous around women. First, let me ask if you masturbate a lot or view porn a lot? Those things can give you problems with sensation on masturbation and expectations on porn. That being aside, not having sex all the time may mean that you end up putting women on a pedestal. Then a goddess comes along and is willing to or wants to have sex with you and you get an overload of anxiety about performance or you are just unnerved by her beauty. To solve these problems, relax, relax and relax some more. Have sex in a setting where there are no distractions, no time limits and no requirements. Maybe even consider going out with someone you don't think of as a stunning beauty. Then try giving foreplay to the girl, then having sex for a bit, but not to the point you are completely soft, then repeating several times. After a while, you should have built up enough sexual tension that you can keep going and go over the top.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.
