Loss of sensitivity after child birth
After I gave birth to my son 2 years ago sex has not been the same, When I have sex I cannot feel my partner the way I used to, my sex drive has also decreased, I have basically no feeling. This has been frustrating me for some time. I have researched this and come up with nothing or very little.... Is there something wrong with me or something I can use to get the feeling back? Please help!!! -
There is nothing wrong with you, a lot of women have this issue after chidbirth but there is something you can do to help regain some of that tightness back and who knows it may be better than pre-childbirth! I agree with doing pelvic floor exercises aka kegels, your vagina is a muscle that has gone through a traumatic event and it needs to be put into shape again! To know if you are doing kegels correctly the next time you use the bathroom stop mid pee and hold it for 5 seconds and try to tighten it as hard as you can, release, and repeat by stopping mid pee again. I would do this several times a day for a 5-10 minutes each, in a few months you should regain a lot of tightness back.
Also finding exercises that straighten the buttox and plevis area helps a great deal, a quick google search will be sufficient. I don't do kegels but I do the stairmaster (really good for the butt!) at the gym everyday for 45 minutes, I have noticed a tremendous difference during intercourse.Comment

Thanks for the help..
I have been seeing my boyfriend for a few months now and he still hasn't worked me in all the way! So I know its not tightness.
Yes I had a natural child birth and only had 1stitch.
I have done kegels and still do. Its kind of hard to explain but its like when he's inside me I cant feel him. But when he goes really deep I can feel him in my "gut area".
I have been thinking that maybe my sex drive has decreased because all I think about is that I cant feel him inside me!Comment
