It's extremely unlikely that she would get pregnant from a bit of semen touching her vagina. Possible? Yes. But likely? No. A vagina is a very inhospitable environment for sperm, the little bit that may have gotten in there is highly unlikely to survive the trip all the way to the cervix. Then they would have to make it into the fallopian tubes, a long trip that a very small amount of sperm is unlikely to survive. If it hasn't yet been 72 hours, she can get the morning after pill. Otherwise, she will have to wait and see if she misses her next period, if so take a test. Bleeding after sex isn't too uncommon, and abdominal pain is not normally a symptom of early pregnancy. If there's concern she should see her doctor.

Your friend needs to be very careful and learn now, TODAY, that she MUST use protection whether it's anal, oral or vaginal sex.

It's very unlikely she's pregnant. Though she'll likely freak hersellf out and not start her period on time. Stress can cause delayed ovulation, or cause you not to ovulate at all, which means late period, no period, or just spotting.

Tell her to use this as a lesson learned. This is NOT something to play around with. Get protection and be responsible, or don't have sex...period.
