In a strong orgasm, I start breathing hard just before it.That is not from exertion as the exertion level just before does not cause such a response. My toes tingle as does the rest of my skin. My toes also curl. I can feel the tingling and tightening of skin on my arms, my face, my legs and my stomach among other places just before orgasm. My legs stiffen as does my butt. Wholeheartedly disagree there. Physiology 101, orgasms happen to men and women. Same underlying tissue, underlying same response, same orgasm, different 'central locations' per se, women are more whole body and some men say it is more centralized in the penis region.

That there is an orgasm. "Lightning bolts" = synapses firing, "dentritic pathway" = synapses/neurons firing in the reward pathway, "euphoria" = dopamine, endogenous opioids, oxytocin, serotonin, epinephrine, norepinephrine...you name it, it is pretty much there. "Disconnected from reality, pure bliss and blacked out" = little overwhelming if you black out but in general everything previous is a pleasurable so a person likes it. It is still an orgasm.

Hard to describe as theres nothing to compare it to at all.... But toes curl up, whole body tightens up, breathing gets very heavy, heart rate is pounding, penis gets rock hard and starts throbbing moments before I finish. When i finally do finish and have on orgasm, I get light headed and cant help but moan or scream pretty loudly as the sensation running through the entire body is something else!
