I am a 56 year old male. I was married 30 years and the last 10 years had no sex with my wife. So I masturbated to amateur porn movies. Quit masturbating and only have your sex fun with her. 10 days is probably not enough. Th real key is to quit worrying and relax. When the time comes you will climax. As long as you both take your time and don't think that things should happen by a certain date, it will happen.

I had a similar problem and I found the answer at (Edit link). Masturbating to porn can have detrimental affects because it overstimulates our dopamine production. Men as young as in their twenty's are even having erectile dysfunction.
