Six years ago, I gave birth to a kid with a large head. Even since then, I just haven't been the same. I know part of it is the price of having kids, but I would like to make myself close as possible to my previous body. I do my Kegels. Is there anything else I can do?

Have you thought about buying a kegelmaster? It's about $100 but it really does make a huge difference. -
look at ba-wah balls they are around $5-$30 way better than a over priced kegalmaster i use mine everytime im at gym or cleaning around the house. there are different sizes and weights if your a learner i suggest getting the ones with the string... just google search them and find out more info... it worked great for my friends who are mums and me but im not a mum... my friend with 3 kids and did i after every pregnancy said it took about 3 months to see noticible results and they have been around since fudel japanComment
