Hi ladies,

My partner of 2 years has premature ejaculation and its been like this since we have got together, the sex we have is horrendous at some points. I think the longest session that we have had has lasted a mere 20 seconds. We have tried everything to sort his problem, delaying condom, delaying cream, hypno-therapy, pills from the doctors, herbal remedies, you name it we have tried it but nothing seems to work. I've tried to introduce "toys" into the bedroom but he doesn't like them.

Ladies I'm desperate, and really need some advice, I love my man to pieces and out of the bedroom we are really strong and have a fantastic relationship, I feel really selfish trying to sort this problem out.

Is he one and done or can he recharge for additional times?

I guess my Boyfriend when we intially started having sex was a 30 second and done. What we have done is we have plenty of foreplay and I got him just abut to climax and then I would stop and we kiss and hug and then do it again.; We would do this cycle for about 30 minutes. At about the 30 minute mark I would make him climax through foreplay. After his climax we would play around again and one he got hard again then the fun woould begin because he would last a whole 4 minutes. Over the last 2 years he no longer has this problem and are sex is great.

Have you tried the delay method where you hold the base of his penis during sex? (this also helps maintain the erection) A man cannot ejaculate if the bottom of his penis (the fluid tube) is held tightly against his penis' shaft.
I can't describe this the best way, but it does work. Look it up and try it I suggest. x

Kegel exercises are very, very helpful (both for you and him-in this case,
he needs it more); do a research on them.
Also, withdraw before he gets to the "point of no return". Then,
resume, and when he's getting to that point again (the next five seconds :- ),
withdraw again. In time, things will improve.
