So, I already have seen my obgyn about this, and she told me I'm small and super tight, gave me some tips, and well nothing is working. So my vaginal area has been super tight whenever I have had sex for as long as I can remember (about 4ish years), anyways, I'm in a serious relationship for over a year and a half and it's to the point where because of this sex is just frustrating and disappointing for the both of us. When ever we do have sex, I'm either way too tight and we can't get it to work, or he is finished too soon because of the extreme tightness. We have tried pretty much everything: toys, extra lubricant, extended foreplay and everything, and it quit working and sometimes it's just too much effort to do. I feel like because it hurts and I would love to have a better sexual relationship, and he feels bad because nothings working and it's the whole guy ego type thing. *added note: average size* Trust me I am relaxed whenever we try, I'm running out of options here....please help me out.....thanks so much. Sorry if it had too much information, but we could really use some help.

It may be a bit Extreme, but when you have tried everything, you can always opt for Surgery. You can be " snipped " there and that would make more room.

It's called an episiotomy. Usually used during childbirth so the mother is not torn. But can also be used to widen the area .
Might be a last ditch thing, ask your Gyno .

this is actually a sexual dysorder that many women have. Its like your body is doing something different than what your mind is saying. You are getting sexually excited but you vagina walls are tightening up. There are specific toys to help with this. Basically it involves using toys and gradually increasing the size of the toy. Have you tried that? Also, it might be time to see a specialist. Most PCPs and Gyn's don't know anything about female sexual disorders at all. You need to find a specialist in your area that deals with sexual issues. Also, consider seeing a sex therapist.

Here is just a small suggestion. Try intercourse after you have orgasmed because your muscles are really relaxed at that point. Hope that helps.

I would have the same suggestion as BG. Does he get you to orgasm by oral or manual stimulation?

I would have to agree with the others suggestions. I would try different size toys and move between the smaller and bigger sizes and eventually it will diapate you so you are not so tight.
