To cut a long story short i have been married for thirty years to my gorgeous wife but our sex life has grown a little stale, and i do not think she is enjoying it a great deal. I have asked her if there is anything i can do to stir things up but she is very reluctant to talk about it. perhaps the following paragraph will tell you why.

A few years back i felt the same thing and i asked one night, when she was a little drunk if there was something i could do to spice it up and she very quietly and shyly asked if i would wear a pair of her nice panties whilst having sex, to my eternal shame i laughed out loud at this suggestion and it has never been mentioned since.

Would you kind ladies out there give me suggestions? Should i slip a pair on when going out for the evening this weekend and surprise her or should i bite the bullet and discuss the subject with her?

Time to put the panties on. You've alreay shown her talking about it is useless and even embarrassing. Its time to talk with actions. Get the laciest panties your wife has, put them on when you go out to dinner. Some point during dinner, give her a little glimps of the lace panties under your pants and promise her more craziess once you get home. Maybe buy an illustrated book about positions, toys, etc. Sit together and flip through them so see which ones you like. But be sure not to laugh at anything. Play a game with your wife where you label all the acts as:
-count me in!
-Not sure, maybe
-Absolutely not

Write these on some index cards. Look at the book and find a certain act. You each put your card down face down and then flip together.

One other thought, go to a specialty shop (one that sells sex toys, creams, lotions, clothing, etc.) and they may very well have men's underwear (sized properly) in lace. At the very least, they may have some other clothing that may interest you and your wife. It's worth a try.
