Have you asked him what you could do to make him feel this special as well? I have a very close girlfriend whose husband ended up in a wheelchair following a motorcycle accident. They have a loving, sexual relationship. They also have had children through envitro fertilization. There may be implants that he could use for full intercourse. Check things out before you say you can't return the favour, sometimes the best part of a sexual encounter is the visual aspects. See what you can do and for heaven's sake, ask him what he'd like.
That which we forget may as well never really happened.

You crying might not have been because of guilt. It could also have been relief. The fact that you haven't had it in so long and he hadn't touched you either.

I agree with the above poster, you should try things out. He might have more sensation down there than he thought he did.
