Josh, this is my first post on this site so I'll tread gently as nobody knows me here. I wasn't going to reply to this thread but I noticed you started another one which is now locked/closed by admin, meaning you require more information or reassurance (or both) than you have received already. There are some kind responses by some of the girls here, and not being a woman I cannot (obviously) and will not attempt to elaborate on their answers.

I'll offer some advice of my own and I'll be as honest, frank, and helpful as I can. When it comes to advice many people would rather hear advice which they WANT to hear as opposed to constructive feedback which may actually benefit them IF implemented. I would encourage you to do your best to make sure you fall into the latter category, life starts where the comfort zone ends. I'm 32 by the way, so a bit older than you.

I know telling you to try and not obsess about the size of your penis will be a futile endeavor, won't it? The media preys on individual insecurity and telling people they don't fit the 'ideal' body type; for example, the number of breast enlargement surgeries around the world tells us this, making women with small frames believe they should all have breasts like Jessica Rabbit.

You sound like a young guy, you say, 'high-schooler' that could mean you're between 13-18 years old, if you're under 18 then yes, there is definitely still time for your body to change and your penis to grow. Please, please please, for the love of god do not buy ANYTHING whatsoever which promises to enlarge your penis in any way, I can guarantee you it is a con. If someone ever does devise a way for men to enlarge their penises you'll read about it in the newspaper because they'll become wealthier than the owners of Google, Apple and Microsoft put together. Your physical state will be a good barometer of how far you are into puberty, if you don't need to shave yet then you're obviously not done growing, although obviously not all men are hairy, pubic hair etc will also be an indicator.

As far as I know, penis enlargement surgery can only add an inch, which for $10,000 (which I think is the going rate) is pretty pricey. I'll be totally honest with you here: if you don't grow any more, and you stay the size you are now, then a penis of ten centimeters is smaller than average, sorry but lying won't help. In this case adding an inch to a circa three inch penis may sound like an attractive and viable option as it's a 25% increase, if for nothing more than your won self worth. However, if by the time you finish puberty you're around up to the 5 inch mark then that puts you at just under average, which is more than acceptable to most women. Other than surgery, there is, unfortunately NOTHING you can do about the size of your penis, this is the unfortunate truth. You need to accept this and focus on the areas which you CAN control.

Between me and you, I think the 'size queens' who brag about loving big penises are just as guilty of possessing big sexual egos as some men and all have their own idea about what is actually big or small. It's just like breasts, big breasts can be unattractive or attractive, just like small breasts, there are no fixed rules. The problem with penis size, is whilst women obviously do have, and are within their rights to have preferences, they don't actually know your size until things have already got a bit heated and to the partially undressed stage. Unlike men who can pretty accurately assess body type, boob size etc whilst a women is dressed (although heels, make up, wonder bra's etc can mislead). No man wants to arrive at the point where he's just about to have sex with a girl and see a look of disappointment on her face when she catches a glimpse of his erect penis for the first time, and I think this is where a lot of the anxiety stems from. I can assure you though that when you and your future girlfriend undress in front of each other for the first time it will be a MUCH bigger deal for her, women worry about their bodies MUCH more than us boys, remember that because it's your job to reassure her and let her know how lucky you are and how great she looks (more on this later).

Josh, this is my advice to you: TRY and stop worrying, EVERYONE has parts of their body they hate, despise, obsess about and are unable to change. Being lean and not overweight will make your penis appear bigger. DO NOT READ THIS AS INSTRUCTION TO STARVE YOURSELF, I said lean and athletic. On this point, work hard at sport or the gym or whatever you enjoy. I said I cannot speak for the girls but I can assure you that the girls I know would rather have Mr. fit, healthy, and lean with a smaller penis than a big fat slob who's on the bigger side of the erection spectrum.

Next on the agenda, you sound inexperienced which is totally normal for your age (I didn't do any more than kiss a girl until I was 19 which is the age I lost my virginity) so sex, women, and relationships are all new to you, and so are the feelings that come hand in hand with them. When you get to the stage where you're approaching and/or are in a sexual relationship (and you will get there, I can promise you. Many great adventures await you my friend) The most important thing, above all others - and that of course includes penis size - is to be an attentive and considerate lover. There's no point having a huge penis if you don't know how to use it, leave out foreplay, cannot find your girlfriends clitoris and don't care if she cums or not. There's a good book out called the barefoot doctors handbook for modern lovers, I read it when I was younger and I'd recommend it to anyone feeling a bit insecure, it's very informative and reassuring, for men and women.

I'm reluctant to recommend books since I'm not aware of your exact age and they may be inappropriate, but when the time is right make sure you understand the female anatomy and start doing the PC muscle exercises help prevent premature ejaculation, though for a young guy I think this is pretty normal (all my guy friends including me admitted to doing it when we were younger).

Girls I know who admit to preferring bigger penises still say they'd prefer a smaller to average guy with better technique, and ALL of them admit, that contrary to their preferences the best sex they've ever had was with smaller to average guys. They also say that bigger penises can rub against the cervical wall and result in pain, especially after hard thrusting (which a lot of girls like) meaning they cannot enjoy this with bigger partners.

My friend told me his penis is 4.5 inches when erect, and told me he wished it was bigger, however he has slept with a LOT of the girls in our area and every single one of them commented on how good he was and they ALL came back for more, subsequently he never has to spend the night alone. A close female friend of mine told me that many of the bigger sized partners she's had (and she's been around) were 'no good in the sack' because they thought that just by having a big penis they needn't make an effort. She went to say her most recent ex actually disappointed her when he first revealed his erection to her but more than made up for it when they had sex by making her cum several times. She went on to fall in love with him and maintains to this day he was the best lover she had ever had.

If you do wind up with a partner who you think might want more then PLEASE do not be one of those men who is to insecure to let his girlfriend enjoy using sex toys, go out and buy her one of those rampant rabbits or even choose one together she can teach you to use on her. Doing things like this together help two people understand each others bodies more thoroughly and create deeper levels of intimacy and build a stronger bond between lovers, nearly always resulting in more, and more powerful orgasms, and THAT is what women ultimately want.
