How do I tighten my loose vagina?

I read on a website that if i can't grip my finger with the walls of my vagina, then it is too loose.. Well, it is.. And my boyfriend complains about it.. He wants to be able to apply a lot of pressure to push his dildo into my *****..
I'm 20 years old.. I lost my virginity to a sex toy.. I don't have frequent sex.. I haven't given birth.. nor do I masturbate with sex toys..
I lost my virginity out of fun and curiosity.. I only did it twice and it wasn't that big.. I bled a bit both times..
I've tried kegel exercises.. they're not working much.. If there's sum medication or other exercises that can help me with my situation.. plz be specific..
I dnt want to be judged on.. or made fun of.. I need mature responses.. I want to satisfy my boyfriend.. I really dnt want to visit a gynecologist..What do i do?

Kegels are the only thing you can do. If they are not working, maybe you aren't doing them right? I think I have heard of inexpensive machines that are a bit like sex toys that can help you find the right muscles and get the exercises right.

I suggest doing some research online for how to properly do kegels. From memory, only your vagina muscles and anal muscles should be flexing. So if your legs or stomach muscles are, you aren't doing them correctly. Also, please keep in mind that some women are just naturally looser. Should you ever choose to have children, you'll be grateful.

Try Benwa Ball. They are pretty cheap. But it will take a few months to see results. You really have to exercise those muscles regularly to see results. It's just like any other muscle. Don't buy any expensive device. They are a waste of time.

Try placing a finger inside your vagina (or a sex toy but a finger works better as you can feel what you're doing with your finger) and squeezing as you would when doing Kegal exercises. Can you feel the squeeze on your finger? If not at all you need to read up on how to do it, of it's just a faint squeezing sensation then the likelihood is you just need to practice, practice, practice.

You wouldn't pick up the biggest weight in the gym and expect to lift that with no practice, would you? Give your Kegals time to build, like any other muscle. Do as many as you possibly can, and try to hold the squeeze for a few seconds each time.

You should notice a difference in a few weeks. Doing it with your finger in place the first few weeks should help.

Don't forget, we're all different, how does your BF know that you're too loose? Has he surveyed every woman? Like they said above, maybe he's the one who 'needs' to change?! That request would be a bit unfair, wouldn't it? Why is it any different for you? Do it for yourself! Good luck.

I would just like to say, from a man's perspective I would refute that finger gripping test as the yardstick for being 'loose'. I prefer a looser feeling to a tighter feeling.

I think this has as much to do with your BF's self perceived size as yours. Telling you you're 'loose' (when you unlikely are) is a bit harsh, IMO.

Your ability to 'grip' a finger is also dependent on your arousal, but the website has it right as a GUIDE, you should be able to feel the muscles in your vagina contract around an inserted item, be it a finger, a toy, a penis, whatever. If you can't it's best to excercise these muscles simply from a healthy functioning standpoint, even if for no other reason - these muscles come in to increasing use the older we get, think incontinence pads! I have stronger orgasms when I have exercised my Kegals too, so I think of that for motivation!
