    am i ok???

The problem I'm having is very hard to say for me. What is the
problem, well every time I have tried to have sex, as soon as I see
the vagina I ejaculate immediately. Now I have only tried to have sex
a few times and every time i ejaculate when i see her vagina, and ends up with no intercourse obviously. Now I'm no longer with her.
I have been masturbating non stop pretty much as much as i can, hoping some way that it will fix it, I am lost and not sure what can help. I am kinda worried that after masturbating alot my penis will be damaged, loss of sperm, no erection etc. well, I could you some serious feed back. Thanks. I am concerned that it looks damaged does it look like it to u?? I'm really concerned it will look weird to a girl and she would laugh that it looks damaged or very small. Thanks alot for all your help.

Well, there is no photo of your penis posted - which is a good thing, because we don't allow photos of genitalia.

Chances are, you won't damage your penis through masturbation. Chafe it, maybe. But not major damage. And masturbation won't affect the size.

You might try masturbating right before a sexual encounter rather than just masturbating "all the time" to try to fix it.

As for your "big question," are you ok? Sure. A little inexperienced and worried is all.

OP, I'm going to postulate you're a teenager - it's no difference if you're not - but I'm sensing teenage boy here.

Firstly, I'm also postulating that the girl you 'are no longer with' was probably more alarmed by your response and attitude towards your problem than the problem itself, though women do get a little annoyed when they have to wash a man's semen out of their hair and clothes ;-)

I see two issues here: premature ejaculation, quite a serious case if you're ejaculating at the sight of a vagina, though as heterosexual men we do tend to like them a lot; the second problem, is a lack of self confidence flowing directly from, and centered around the first problem; these two problems, will work together and gradually make themselves worse and worse if you allow them too. The good new is there is actually quite a lot you can do about it, so it's time to get to work...
(my friend confessed he's ejaculated before entering a girl; I've cum in the time it's taken me to get my penis into a girl, you're not abnormal BTW)

You obviously have, or had the confidence and social skills to get yourself a GF, or you wouldn't have even been made aware of your 'situation'. My first GF was actually quite nasty to me about cumming to quickly, and was uncooperative in trying to work with me to overcome it (no pun intended) and only made matters worse for me. She would tut and complain and tell me I should be able to last half an hour, and I got so worried I ended up cumming even faster, so I can attest that PE is worsened when confidence is at a low. I also realize that the problem may seem quite literally insurmountable, when I was having sex with my first GF I don't think I could have lasted any longer if someone was holding a gun to my head, so I realize too that it is entirely involuntary.

There are exercises to do which will improve control, you should read the 'barefoot doctor's handbook for modern lovers', and the 'multi orgasmic couple'. Do the exercises RELIGIOUSLY. Also, don't spend any money on 'magic formulas' from the internet. Lastly, you could go to your doctor, I hear that nowadays some GP's are prescribing anti depressants as they can SOMETIMES help with PE, although they can cause hormonal imbalances later on, this is a chat you need to have with your GP obviously.

You can break skin from masturbating too much, but that heals after a couple days like any other time you break skin anywhere on your body, no permanent damage. You seem to get too excited mentally about sex, you need to calm down, often men are a bit overzealous and many react similarly to you (premature ejaculation) and some cannot even get aroused. But masturbation will not in any way hurt you long term, and can be used as a way to calm down pre-sex until you get into a groove with it.
