Can't bring myself to orgasm anymore

    Hello ladies

I have masturbated for as long as I can remember...and I'm sure I used to orgasm (although maybe I remember incorrectly). However, for at least the last 10 years I have not had an orgasm, at least not a good one that seemed worthwhile, and I don't know why I lost the ability to orgasm. I have tried my assortment of toys; a small cheap vibrator, a rabbit vibrator, a strap on butterfly vibrator, and lube, and along with the good old fashioned "rubbing" without toys. Usually I give up because I get tired, "excitement" completely vanishes, and I just get bored. It is really frustrating. I used to be able to orgasm when I was younger with a combination of humping and rubbing, and even that doesn't work anymore. I have had the toys for around 2 or 3 years.

I have tried holding a vibrator against myself (usually the rabbit one as it is the strongest and feels the best), and at first it feels amazing but within seconds the feeling becomes too intense and I just can't hold it there anymore (and I feel like I need to pee and I start wriggling around uncontrollably which kinda freaks me out, and obviously don't want to make a mess if I did pee uncontrollably). What I wonder is... if I was to just hold it there and bear those feelings... would I have an orgasm eventually? Or is there probably something wrong?

Also I heard that I should try an arousing gel + rubbing with my fingers, rather than toys. Are the gels safe though?

I don't masturbate every day, but tend to go through phases of more or less tension. When I feel more sexual tension, I masturbate more. I get some release from not orgasming, but not enough...

Any advice? Anybody able to relate or answer any of my questions?

The sensation of wanting to pee is what you usually feel before an orgasm. Maybe you should just keep going. Worrying about peening and making a mess maybe stopping you from orgasming. Try emptying you bladder before you start, this way you know whatever happens, its not pee. More than likely, you are about to squirt.

      Hello,
at first, I just registered here and am from Germany, so my English is not that fluently. I hope you don't mind.
      Now back to topic:
Do you take any meds? I had to take one due to a mental thing. It was an anti-depressivum and in the package insert there was said that one can easily lose the ability to orgasm while and after taking this med. I was really worried about this and googled this. And it seemed to be a problem that occured often. Luckily, I did not suffer from this adverse reaction but thought, maybe this could help here.

This feeling of getting tired and losing excitement... I think you should stop then. I can understand your frustration but I don't think that it will come to an orgasm if you feel like you described above.
      Good luck!
