My husband like to give me his head, but I never let him cuz it is not 100% clean spot no matter what we do. How to handle this or if you suggest I should let him, how to make sure I'm 100 % clean there ?

You NEVER let him, because you never feel 100% clean. Never isn't very often, which is unfortunate for your husband. Trust me on something, if you smelled or tasted bad, your husband wouldn't want to go down there. Would you go down on an unpleasant/unhygienic/bad tasting man?
You're never 100% clean no matter what you do?
How about having a thorough bath or shower, use plenty of soap and be sure to wash it off with plenty of water, then tell your husband he can 'go crazy' as soon as you've dried yourself off?

Do you two kiss? The mouth is full of germs and is also is never 100% clean. But kissing is not considered something to shy away from or something that will send you straight to the doctor. Don't worry excessively about him kissing, licking and teasing your privates. I'm sure you are more than clean enough. The only caution, is to not clean so excessively that you upset your body chemistry and kill off the beneficial bacteria that are there, thereby allowing harmful bacteria to grow.
