I use to have that problem with my first partner- The pain being due to the fact that he didn't know how to compensate for the fact that he was about 11". As for not climaxing- A lot of women can't climax from penetration, so I'm pretty sure you're normal. But if you're still worried, talk to your GP

I had this problem all the time, much preferred playing around than penetration for that same reason.
