I am 40 and married so my perspective may be different from those that are in their 20's.
The fact you are questioning his request should be your first clue that you are not comfortable with his request. I have learned this from personal experience.
I have also learned that in relationships, yes there should be compromise meaning a win win? Or at least a couple is both benefitting. How would you benefit from this?
Seconly, it is statiscally proven that ALL men and women get bored or sexually frustrated in relationships at some point. This is where a couple might together visit a sex shop, read books, see a sex therapist, talk anout fantasies or even watch some movies. If it turns out they really aren't sexually compatible maybe they aren't meant to be together or it's not that big of a deal.
Please don't think only about your fiancée, think about yourself first. This is an unusual request that could have dangerous health effects and that I think would hurt most women.
As a 40 year old women on her second marriage, my advice would be to take a break from the relationship and think about it for as long as you need too. Always put your needs into consideration, always. When I was your age, I never did that, but I do now and it's great

Your a smart girl, and will do what's best for you.
Good Luck
