No longer able to have orgasms.

Hey, here to get a little well needed advice.

Have had this problem for a couple of years now, where I am no longer able to orgasm during intercourse or forplay. I used to have orgasms without fail and it was a very normal and enjoyable exprience for me, but now I am unable to or if it does eventually happen it unsastisfactory and only comes from my partner giving me hand for about half an hour..
I have tried letting go and "relaxing", not thinking of trying to make it happen etc.
I have also tried focusing on trying to make it happen, going into fantacys even showing my partner how to pleasure me.
Nothing seems to be working, I dont have self esteem issues, I am in a very happy relationship and have a good sex drive - I just cant seem to orgasm anymore.

    Any advice?

Were you able to orgasm before being in a relationship. Maybe this is related to the Coolidge effect. Another possibility is that your testosterone levels are too low. have they been checked? Have you had any medical evaluation about this?

In previous relationships I have been able to orgasm, which is strnage as this is the happiest one I have been in and its where the problem is persisting. I havent had my testosterone cheecked before no, but this could be a possiblity. Thanks

Also, have had amany changes in my life to do with work, study and moving but these were all previous to when I began having this problem.
