There are a lot of erogenous zones on the human body other than the genitals. How and if they are stimulated will vary, but licking at least some of these is considered good form by many. The natural wetness, minimal of abrasiveness, ability to manipulate (blow, suck, lick, kiss, squeeze) of the mouth make it an ideal erotic tool.
