After reading all three of these wonderful books, I've been pretty excited to make my sex life, let's say - a little more passionate!

Just do some research. Dressing up works, different positions, the way he holds your legs can change the penetration. Pulling hair, sometimes my husband chokes me a little (enough that I can still breathe a little but I still get light-headed.

Hmm that all depends on you and your partners limitations. I recommend getting one of those books that have tons of positions then go through the book with your SO and you both pick and choose which ones you would be willing or unwilling to try. Make a game of it.
