when i've had an orgasm from it it has been in combination with fingers in and around my clit/vagina. i can definately tell the difference when rimming is involved though as i seam to have a very sensitive area around my anus. Closest thing i can compare it with is when you've just had an orgasm and your guy tres to touch your clit that it tickles/tingles so much that you flinch; that's what t feels like around the anus.Comment
