Ben wa balls are really the next level. Thats what I use. Kegels are great, but its like working out without weights. You get more results when you add weights. But the most imforpant thing is doing them religiously. I haven't heard anything about the other products from professional so I am a little wary of them.

      The kegels really work.

My wife is 50; we were married when she was 28. After marriage we had two children. After each delivery she did kegels. She is tighter at 50, after two babies, than she was at age 28 with no children.

After the birth of each of our children for about 6 months every day when she drove to and from work she did 10 kegels every time she stopped at a traffic light. We live in a major city so that was a lot of kegels.

From a guys point of view it is great; making love to a 50 year old woman who is tigher than most 20 year olds. Also, she has learned to squeez (do a kegel) while we are having intercourse and it really feels great. Sometimes she does it while I am cuming and she can literally squeez out the last drop -- feels really good.

      Good luck,
      Wise

Will take at least 6 weeks of doing them religiously everyday. More like 3 month for the average person. Good luck. Exercising your PD muscles should be a lifelong practice.

My wife practices her kegles while I'm going down on her. In this way, I can keep count on the contractions.

Just read an article on exercising the PC muscles. Here some exerps from it that may be informative.

Also, similar to the balls are crystal eggs. Though they look more like table top decorations, these eggs function the same as balls. The egg shape allows for a different, but equally pleasurable experience, as well as a new shape to work your Kegels around.

They're typically heavier than balls, which can make for a bit more of a challenge, so I'd recommend these as a transitional toy. Again, do not feel pressured to place both eggs in at once if you're not ready. These exercises are about knowing your strength and focusing on the sensual control you have over your own body. What's the point if you feel uncomfortable or downright pained?

Lastly, there are the kegel weights or bars. Think along the lines of dildoes meets Ben Wa. Again, usually silicone or glass, these exercisers focus on the same muscles as balls or eggs, simply with a different shape and approach. The phallus shape allows for more of the vaginal wall to grip while you can actually pull the bar farther inside of you, or push it out. Kind of like vaginal pull ups, but with an arousing aspect. Pinkcherry has several models to choose from, differing in shape, length, and girth. I would recommend beginning with a very simple form, like Berman Intimate's Kona. We recommend only water-based lubes with this product, due to its texture.
