    Lacking in Lust

Hi; I am in my 30´s and been married for a little over 2 years. In the beginning my husband and I had regular sex which I enjoyed. Now sex is more irregular and lately I have not been feeling for it. He says its ok, that a marriage is not only about sex but I would like to enjoy with him like I used to! It gets me frustrated at time and I really want to change things. Isn´t too early in a marriage to be lacking in lust?

Often, with sex, its the "use it or lose it". You have to make the effort. Lots of times couples stop making an effort. They get lazy or bogged down by other things in life and don't make sex a priority.

Don't wait to feel the lust. Try to plan a sexy night. Shower, put on something sexy and go for it even though you weren't originally feeling in the mood. Usually, once you get going, you enjoy it. And once it becomes habit, you start wanting and doing it more.

Its true, marriage is not all about sex, but why miss out on something wonderful when you can have both.

Thanks for the advice, I did try this once or twice before but you are right perhaps I need to make it a habit and go for it more often. I think having a negative opinion about my body and about myself is having an impact for sure. Does marriage mean work??ou bet yah!!
