There is no such thing. Anybody who claims there is, is A)lying, B)misleading you for their own (financial) gain, C)should never be trusted.
There have been women who have consumed Sildenafil Citrate (chemical name for Viagra) in an attempt to determine what effect, if any, it might have on women. To date there is little or no clinical evidence that justifies or supports them doing so.
The so called "pink Viagra" promoted online is not Viagra at all and should not be consumed.
Do you homework/research before putting anything into your body...regardless of what anyone says.

Viagra can be used for women, although it is considered off label use (meaning that is not what the FDA approved it for). It actually does work but only for women who have vascular problems, meaning sexual issues related to not having enough blood flow to the genital region. If you have other cardiovascular problems like hypertension or hyperlipidemia, Viagra may be an option because that signals that you have blood flow issues throughout your body. Only your doctor can determine if it is.Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose - Kris Kristofferson and Fred Foster (sung by Janis Joplin)Comment

Pfizer...the world's largest pharmaceutical company and maker of Viagra has been studying the effects of Viagra on women, through double blind, placebo controlled, clinical studies almost as long as they have been manufacturing the drug for the male ED market. To date there is little or no clinical evidence that justifies or supports them doing so.
There is little if any clinical evidence that supports ANY claim that it helps women in any way.
So be very careful taking advice from people here or anywhere else that claim that it does and even recommend that you take it "if you have cardiovascular problems" (which is totally absurd) unless they have a medical license and you trust them.
Yes, a physician can legally prescribe a medication for you for off label use...simply because the FDA cannot regulate the practice of medicine. But ask yourself, do you really want a physician to prescribe something for you for which he/she has no idea what it may or may not do to you? What happens when something goes wrong?
Whether they would or not is entirely up to them (and their liability insurance provider).

Actually I have worked with people who were researching viagra for women. There were many problems with the research. First, they lumped together all arousal and desire issues. They didn't studies women with just vascular issues. Basically they were testing it on women who didn't have any desire or couldn't have an orgasm. Late in the game they realized that they can't lump all female sexual disorders together. Once Pfizer realized that viagra only worked on a tiny subgroup of women whose sexual dysfunction was caused by vascular problems, they decided not to pursue it because it just wasn't profitable for them.Pfizer...the world's largest pharmaceutical company and maker of Viagra has been studying the effects of Viagra on women, through double blind, placebo controlled, clinical studies almost as long as they have been manufacturing the drug for the male ED market.

Its true that it has not been proven to be effective via large clinical trials, but many sexual medicine expert do use it in cases they deem appropriate. Unfortunately there isn't any medication currently available for women with any type of sexual dysfunction. Therefore physicians are trying to use what they have.
I will be the first one to discourage medication use unless it is something that can't be dealt with via other mechanisms. Seeing a sex therapist can be very helpful for many people because sexual dysfunction often has non-organic causes that cannot be solved by medication. That is not to say that pharmaceuticals do not have a place in the management of sexual dysfunction. That is why it is important to talk to a physician (better a sexual health physician) to discuss these matters.
BTW, off-label use of medication is not uncommon at all. Every physician does it all the time. Not saying it is right. Just pointing out that its not something that is a rarity. Perfect example is viagra in men. Only a fraction of men using viagra actually have ED. Many men have other issues like low arousal, PE, etc. But most doctors give them viagra.Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose - Kris Kristofferson and Fred Foster (sung by Janis Joplin)Comment
