I have a small smooth bump on vagina and it only hurts to the touch (when I wipe or during foreplay). My paps are all clear so i have no idea what it could be...any ideas?

Was the bump there then ?

It's probably on the Labia or Vulva ( folds or lips ) , not on the vagina, as the vagina is inside .
It is most likely a ingrown hair or a Scratch from a hair being rubbed into the soft skin .

Try patting instead of wiping, avoid Foreplay in that area for about a week. Spread that area before wiping, pat and do it gently,then wipe the rest of the area, wear cotton panties or loose ones and let the area breath .
Don't pop or poke at it . that can cause an infection. If it doesn't go away in a week go see a Gyno or Clinic ..

There are little pores that release lubrication all over that area. One most likely got clogged. Sort of like getting acne. It will clear up a few days to a week. Just watch for signs of infection like a growing bump, heat (I know it's already hot down there but more heat), extreme sensitivity...
