I know that I was really worked up, but he says we were going at it for 45mins to an hour tops. To tell the truth by the end I couldn't move, my legs felt like pudding, I couldn't speak in sentences and sleep was mandatory after that. So my memory is only filled with "that was amazing", he remembers the details. haha. -
So 7 orgasms in an hour means one every 8 minutes about. Sorry, but I'm always obsessed with numbers and stats and figures. This is exactly how mind blowing sex is. The response to it is about the same for guys and girls. Maybe the most amazing thing is not being able to speak in sentences. You can kinda form them in your mind but not get them out. But it doesn't matter at all; unless your partner wants to talk.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

My understanding of orgasm is that you only have ONE.
But that orgasm can continue on if you prolong it.
And as far as I know you either have an orgasm or you don't, there is no such thing as clitoral orgasms or vaginal orgasm.
Orgasm is the pinnacle of sexual pleasure for a woman so its either very intense or its weak both I guess is good but one is the ultimate.
The one thing I would say is the definitive proof of orgasm would have to be "involuntary spasmodic contractions of the vaginal barrel."
Without that your still at the plateau phase or some other lower phase.
Continuous affective foreplay over time is the only way for a women to reach orgasm.
Now most women are naturally shy inhibited so orgasm has impediments and its these impediments that must be over come for her to reach orgasm.
Turning the light off makes it easier to achieve orgasm because a women can feel vulnerable whilst lying there naked.
I know this for a fact.
But then again some women are confident and the light will be less of a worry for some than others.
Still I think at some point affective foreplay without pain or discomfort will push a women over into orgasm regardless of anything else.
Any kind of sexual trauma makes orgasm harder to achieve, now how hard I dont know, it really depends on the individual.Comment

For us, it's never about the quantity butt more about the quality of the orgasms. There have been times when she has experienced one or two that have been "evening enders" as her body is simply unable to respond... and there have been times when she has enjoyed a number higher than that and continued on.
Instead of focusing on the number of orgasms achieved she and I try to extend the length of time we are intimate and enjoying the time we have together. Eleven hours of candles, massages, finger foods, soothing music, relaxation, a hot bath, wine and simply being together focused on each other is what we enjoy most and is our current "record".Comment

You really don't know the female body. An orgasm stimulating the clitoris is entirely different and not even comparable to an orgasm from internal stimulation. They are most definitely different.clitoral orgasms or vaginal orgasm.
Also I have come down completely from an orgasm to not feeling it at all and then had another one. Happens all the time. They are not just one long orgasm every time. Sometimes there are distinct ones. Then there's having an orgasm during sex, stopping for 5mins to get toys ready, and having orgasms again. That definitely has to be more than one.Comment

Even men can have more than one orgasm. Its just that the refractory period for women is usually much shorter than for men. In both there is a period of extreme sensitivity before a period where building to orgasm can begin again. My experience is to slow down and stimulate away from the clitoris for a short while before starting to slowly stimulate the clitoris through it's hood. Then slowly build speed interspersed with periods of slowing down. This has worked with both masturbation and oral sex and with several women. You might get different results since all women are different.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

I started a similar thread before I knew about this one, so I decided to repost my opening post here too:
"I was wondering if anyone else has this "problem." The reason I put problem in quotes is that it's actually a good problem to have. I've tried to count the number of orgasms I get with my husband many times. The problem is that I tend to lose count around four because it seems like they just keep coming (no pun intended). I think of it like the old "How many licks does it take to get to the center of Tootsie Pop"? ad, "How many orgasms do I get? I may never know." I'm fine with that."Comment
