Help please!
I am a 54 year old woman who until recently had not had sex for a long time. I now have a boyfriend who really likes sex, the first few times I reached orgasm easily but the last few times, it is just not happening to me. He live a long way away from me so when he does come to town, it is usually a rushed affair. I have a room mate and I don't know if my mind is thinking of too many things and not about sex, I have tried reading erotica books and tried to masturbate but that is not working. I don't know what has happened to me. I was married for 25 years but for the last 10 my husband would not touch me. He wouldn't even let me sleep beside him, I tried a couple of times to instigate it but he got mad and rejected me. So I gave up. I have had a sore back for quite a while now. Could it be that too? Please help, I can't believe I am asking this at my age. I want to please my boyfriend but I can't seem to please myself. Thanks for looking at my post.

Welcome
I'm 49, nearly 50 does that make you feel better?
Being on your own for quite some time, I could relate to that.. Then someone enters your life, it's new, exciting, a new venture, something better than before, a promise almost and bang, all the lust comes into it and it's awesome.. But then, your boyfriend lives a long way away and you feel like it's a rushed affair...the first few times I reached orgasm easily but the last few times, it is just not happening to me. He live a long way away from me so when he does come to town, it is usually a rushed affair.
This is the problem in my opinion.. The fact you wrote that, means that is how you feel about it... You want more, a bond, what you didn't have for 10 years, love, not just lust and sex and orgasms... Can you tell us a bit more about your boyfriend please. And the amount of times you see each other, how long together, the more information the better "opinions" we can collectively advise.
The fact that you had to endure this, nothing to do with your back in my opinion, tells me two things... And, I was in a loveless marriage for 7 years. 1) You are yearning for love, bonding, lust as well.. But you have a fear of rejection or / and you feel you have to be ultra sexy, good in bed, give everything to keep him to make him want you. This is not how I felt at all, but what I feel that may be the case because you state, you want to please your boyfriend.I was married for 25 years but for the last 10 my husband would not touch me. He wouldn't even let me sleep beside him, I tried a couple of times to instigate it but he got mad and rejected me
It's about pleasing each other, finding each other, getting in tune with each other, it could honestly also be that he does not make you feel special, beautiful, in love, rather , lust and sex..
Look forward to a little more info and again, welcome, forget age, it's a number

I agree with CW, especially with age being a number. We're women until the end and shouldn't forget it.
Maybe it could help if the times you see each other wasn't all about sex. Enjoy each other in every way during the little time you have together and sex will be the cherry on top!
Your worth it at any age!Comment
