I've always had a trimmed patch of pubic hair on my mound even if I shaved my vulva. Lately though I've been letting my hair grow back. I keep it trimmed on my labia majora but not shaved like I use too. I always liked the more natural look and hated the inconvenience of shaving. Anyway, I saw an article in the New York Times called "The Bush is Back" about celebrities talking about going back to the 70's look. Men seem to like it cause they find in novel after all the shaved pubes.Sexual equality means enjoying sex without guilt or regret.Comment

Sorry Motorguy, I go against the grain. And I go hard. Use conditioner on your face while you shower then go against the grain. People who first see me with some scruff and then see me shaved against the grain (closer shave) have told me that they never imagined I had such amazing skin under there, and that's coming from guys. Shaving against the grain on your face gives you a heavy duty exfoliating effect (which is great for your skin). Makes my skin look amazing at least. Technique is important though.
I only go with the grain if I am late or trying to achieve a certain look. Shaving against the grain honestly makes my skin feel like glass. Use the conditioner!!"Are you serious? You're bleeping THAT girl?" - jen1447Comment

If the guy is aware of the direction the hair grows on his face (each section will probably have hair growing a different direction), he can do it in a way where his face doesn't rub against your skin against the grain of his hair, or at least minimize the against the grain rubbing."Are you serious? Hmmn, that's interesting, but I shave more for hygiene, and I think it's prettier that way...I've always had a trimmed patch of pubic hair on my mound even if I shaved my vulva.
