Getting caught having sex by my little sister (she was 10). 
It was only the 3rd time I had sex and I forgot to lock my bedroom door so she came right in. I didn't know she was home. We did not see her standing there for at least 5-10 seconds, and when I did see her, she looked very puzzled because she couldn't figured out exactly what was happening, but when she saw that he was moving his erection in\out of me, her eyes widen and she covered her mouth with her hand like she was about to scream (but she didn't). She stood there frozen for a few more seconds (Seemed like forever). My bf had not seen her yet so he was still very focused on having sex. A few moments later he noticed I suddenly switched from enjoying sex and was looking behind him, so he stopped turned his head and saw my little sister staring down between our legs. He quickly withdrew and was scrambling for his underwear with his erection flinging in the air in front of her. She looked even more horrified when she saw his erection in full view, and she ran out of the room. She never told anyone, but I had to do a lot of explaining to her later.
It really was embarrassing at the time, but it kinda worked out because within 1-2 years she started messing around with boys, so when a boy was invited into her room for some show\tell after school, she really didn't feel the need to hide it from me. If anything, after she knew I was having sex, she asked me a lot questions about sex. For a while she had a hard time understanding the people had sex for pleasure, she thought people had sex only to have a baby so she thought I was trying to get pregnant when I was 12. When she started puberty and began developing sexual feelings of her own, she began to understand what I was talking about.
