First Anal
So my bf and I both want to have anal sex. I know that we need to use lots of lube and go slow. But what position is it best for a first time? We both want it to be intimate, but I want to minimize the pain. I have heard some horror stories from other girls who have tried it and it hurt them a lot. Also, will I be sore afterward? -
This is all from my own personal take on this.
This is something that you have to be in control of. You choose the rhythm, how far in he goes, etc. It's best to start off with foreplay; help to loosen you up so you're not nervous or clenching muscles.
You are right in using lots, lots, lots of lube. My boyfriend and I like it best when we lay on our sides. Stick your bottom towards him and you two spoon is basically the position. Have him just get the head in, then he doesn't move. At all. Not an inch. With him being turned on his penis may quiver some, that's something you just have to put up with; he can't control it. But at this point it's you calming yourself. That helps to loosen the muscles so you're not clenched. At this point in time I prefer when my man will kiss my neck, play with my chest; it turns me on and I can focus less on my butt getting accustomed to his size. So have your man do whatever works for you.
Once you feel you are ready to proceed; your man doesn't move at all. You move your bottom back onto his penis and you choose how far in he goes, what rhythm that you like. From my own personal experience; I do this until I'm loosened up enough that nothing hurts and then I tell my man he can move with me. But we also know what depth I can handle with anal. So my suggestion is that you find what depth you can handle, and tell him to move to your rhythm. He doesn't go any deeper than what you have previously allowed. Now with your first time, I strongly suggest that you stay in control. You two don't know how "into it" he may become and he might reach a point that he won't pay as much attention to the depth that you can handle and he might accidentally go too far. With time you two will have this hammered out and you needn't worry.
Once you's have a rhythm going, you can choose what to experiment with. Spreading your legs a bit. Sometimes I will raise my top leg and toss it over my man's legs. You might like to curl up more into the fetal position. You may even like doggy. You can lay flat on your chest and he can be on top of you. But I suggest trying these later on once you're more comfortable with anal and if you even like it.
My boyfriend and I used the position to lay on our sides for our first anal experience. It's more intimate, you two are curled up together and he has access to your neck, chest, he can reach down and play with your clit if you'd like. Or you can touch yourself. We just find it more personal and we're able to "work" each other whilst having anal sex.
Please remember that every female's body is different. You may be completely calm, muscles relaxed, and anal just won't be your thing. Your body may not be built for it. Just go slow, stay in control, and if you feel it needs to end; then end it right there.
Also have a wet rag handy, or baby wipes; for him to clean himself off with. -
It's really painful. The pain and complications can depend on your threshold for pain and his size. It helps a lot if you buy anal beads or he uses his fingers to stretch you before he enters. When he inserts his fingers one at a time its not the same as the vagina. He needs to just hold it still not in and out. It may cause burning. Once you feel ok with that (the pain never fully goes away) he can continue with as many as you think is needed to prepare you for him. I have used anal ease the desensitizing lube for anal foreplay and sex, it didn't do much if anything for me (maybe I used it wrong). Do use lots of lube preferably a silicone based lube not water its very slick and doesn't dry out. I will say my bf is rather large and I have had health complications. It can increase your chances of tearing (as it did for me) and constipation among other things like hemorrhoids. So use a ton of lube and go slow. During is very painful it almost brings me to my knees if we are standing it hurts so bad. The only time I haven't felt anything from it was after drinking a bit. I've read a lot about first timers doing it in the missionary position. For me doggie style makes me more comfortable and its easier for him to insert it. I am sore after not very bad. Oh and one more weird thing. During anal sex you may feel burning, sharp pains, and the worst...the urge to use the bathroom really bad (#2). Other then all that scary mess dont get me wrong it can be a lot of fun
for real. You just have to get comfortable with it and he needs to know to go slow. When he insets he may have to just sit there with it in you for a few mins before you can continue. Good luck

Well from my recent experience I definitely recommend it!!
Firstly you will need a really good lube, one that doesnt dry out quickly. I was lucky in the fact that my sister works for a sex toy company and could recommend a really good one,but it may take you a while to find one that suits you both!
Start off with normal foreplay and vaginal sex it helps to relax your body and gets you more in the mood, also while doing foreplay/vaginal sex have your partner stimulate your anal area, maybe inserting a finger.
Best position for both me and my partner has been me lying on my front with a pillow under my pelvic area. He lubes me and applies it to himself also. He starts by entering VERY slowly and then I control the motion until I'm comfortable. Then after a few minutes I am relaxed and he can have a little more control.
It is more uncomfortable to begin with than painful, and I have found that it is the same each time. But I find it very enjoyable, and more pleasurable sometimes than vaginal sex.
Remember to have some wet wipes handy incase you want to change back to vaginal sex as you dont want to pass on infections.
And enjoy it xComment
