I say yes to all four of those. I do it, I swallow I like it and I do it because it turns him on -
I do the first two, I don't necessarily enjoy it, but I don't hate it either. It is like anything else, it makes him happy so I don't mind doing it.

I do it on the rare occasion that blow jobs are a means to an end ... not to "please" him; I've just never done anything else ... when we have sex, he finishes on my body unless we're trying not to make a mess ... and I feel like anything other than swallowing after a blow job WOULD make a mess. So I guess I swallow to please my OCD ^-^

Yes for all of them. It really turns me on and I know he enjoys it. The taste has never bothered me, but that all really depends on his diet.
