Did this just start since the implant?

Maybe your body just needs to get used to the hormones and balance back out.

I doubt very seriously it could be the implant. It could be some prolonged irritation or friction on the clit. Sometimes too much stimulation can cause this. Rest it. Stay away from hot sex. When in the bathtub sit in a little warm water and separate yourself so that it is getting the relief of the warm water. Just like any other body part they can bruise. Do not use a vibrator on yourself. Very often your own self stimulation or using a vib can hurt you. Never use the vibrator directly on the clit itself. Tease yourself rather than direct stimulation even if it does feel better. Women must all be careful not to harm this important place in their body and I am sure you will be just fine. But do stay away from sex until this clears up. If you do have sex, have him stay away from it and instead just go for direct penetration where this tiny spot will not be bothered.....Take care, Caroline

Good for you for being so careful....You don't ever want to desensitize this special place....Take care, Caroline

The implant contains hormones. That's how it works. Artificial hormones can reek havoc on your body. More than likely it's a progesterone only implant. The side effects from this hormone can be ugly.

If you have never had this problem before, I would consider checking out the possible side effects of the implant and possibly rethinking your birth control options.
