You can actually desensitize the clitoris by applying vibration to it too regularly. That just means it takes more and more vibration power to give you the same result. Try backing off it for a while to regain some of your sensitivity.

Also, work on mood control. It's possible that you have a mental block due to being afraid you won't reach orgasm from your recent past experiences.
