    I absolutely cannot orgasm??

Alright, so I've had an average number of partners and none of them have ever made me orgasm. I've faked it for every one, and I guess it has worked up until now, and my current boyfriend knows I'm not finishing. He's very attentive to my needs and does all he can to get me to have an orgasm. It's not that he's not good at what he does either, he's definitely better than any sexual partner I've had before. I feel so bad, he feels like he's no good, and I just don't know what to do.

The only way I can make myself orgasm is with a shower head, clitoral stimulation. I am so frustrated, help?

Many women cannot orgasm just from intercourse. Can you try using a vibrator while you are having sex? You can just let him know what you posted here - that you have never had an orgasm from sex and don't think you can.

You said your partner is very sensitive and attentive to you. Explain this to him. If he's that attentive, he'll understand. I am capable of multiple orgasms but it doesn't come from intercourse only. My husband jump starts me with a vibrator first. Once I have my first, then it's on for the rest and he usually has to finish me off with the vibrator too. He finds this very arousing. Your partner may be the same. Good luck!

Try getting on top (Cowgirl)and grinding your pubic bone against his- back and forward rather than up and down.
If you can get off with this it will teach him what you need from him when he is on top.
From a male perspective grinding his pubic bone onto your clit wont be instinctive but can easily be learned.

This is what helps me orgasm. I can't if we do it doggy style or missionary. I also need fore play first. If we jump into it I won't. It's more emotional for me than physical. If he talks to me during intercourse that helps too! Good luck!

Orgasm is not something that is easily achieved without the right foreplay.

The only really mind blowing experience I ever had was when my partner and I had sex that lasted approximately over night. Some time after 7pm till 6am. Shocked yeah I was to.

I don't know how it happened or why it happened but my technique is gentleness, persistence, and a lot of hand caressing for hours.

That's the only way that I know that produces a female orgasm.

Incredible gentle hand caresses for hours.

His hands need to be so gentle and slow and continuously caressing your entire body not just the erogenous zones.

Hour upon hour of painful caressing till his arms are aching and his testicles are so drawn up it hurts.

I just kept caressing her body, abdomen, back, legs, arms, neck, head, feet, hands, this hand caressing went around and around up and down he entire body for hours.

Its not rubbing !!! It has to be done very gently and slowly and I think this has a cathartic affect on women its makes them relax and relax they do until all they feel is this soothing hands all over them.
