I have always been of the theory "use it don't lose it" . In other words the more intimacy you have the more turned on you are.

Also, if he penetrates hard and fast and makes you orgasm it makes you ready but obviously he is not. Can you discuss with him to take it slow leading up, do you both participate in foreplay before hand? Have you tried using lube after you orgasm or for him to engage in foreplay.

we live far from our places so we plan to meet once in a month. we do have enough of foreplay but he was able to control, his penetration is making me to orgasm too quickly,hw do i make it simultaneous?

Hum.... I orgasm quickly too... but then my 2nd or 3rd one is usually when he comes so the "final" one is with him.

Maybe u shouldn't give up after one and think it's over for you. You can train your body to have multiples. I went up to 5 (or 6?) and had to stop bc I got dizzy.

Anyway, that's my advice. It's not the end of the world to not make it simultaneous, but you can either learn to have multiples, or else do what some men have to do and try last longer.

Also, I don't understand how you are dry after orgasm. This is not normal, so you definitely want to get some lub going on down there. If you only see him once a month, It wouldn't be too difficult to be prepared for that.

You can talk to each other during and find out if either of you is getting close. Since it sounds like you're much quicker than him, give him a good amount of foreplay and get him close to orgasming. Then once you both get going you may be at the same speed and have a better chance of orgasming together.
