I suggest trying to spice up the sex instead of worrying about the masturbation, because it's more sex you want. I've seen some good threads here about how to do that. But you just need to make time for it. If she's too tired, go to bed earlier. Don't preoccupy with less important stuff when you're at home (tv, internet... etc). Make her a romantic dinner, have some wine. It's more work, but the rewards are definitely worth it.
