So my gf constantly will say things before/during sex about my "big penis." This absolutely drives me crazy because I am not big at all. She has had lots of partners, and I am 99% sure she has been with plenty of guys who were bigger than me. Why does she say this!? It just makes me uncomfortable because I feel like she is making fun of me. Is this a common thing for girls to do? Do you girls not realize that we are aware of how we measure up to other guys?

I would think it's just sex talk. A woman can call a penis big if it's average because it might be just the right size for her or she may just like sex with you that much. It doesn't have anything to do with how you actually compare to everyone else. I think you're taking it out of context and being overly sensitive.

Is this the same girlfriend that you stated in your opinion had a loose vagina and you could not feel her properly unless you went fast and hard? If so, and you expressed that to her in any way, shape or form, she is saying it to make herself feel better about such comments in my opinion, letting you know she can feel you perfectly fine...

I think you may be a bit sensitive too... The way you descibed your problem...this really seems to be an issue about your insecurities. Odds are she is probably telling you your big because she thinks it's something you want to hear. If you haven't asked her to stop saying it, she has no idea how your feeling. She can't read your mind. Also if she wanted someone huge by your standards... She would be with them and not you. Just enjoy the fact that you have a woman who wants to be with you and pleasure you. If you can't... your going to find yourself alone. Women don't like insecure men.
