I'm 27, been sexually active for over 10 years with 3 long term relationships in this time, several sexual partners, and I've never been able to orgasm with a partner. I have been masturbating since before I can even remember (seriously, since I was a small child and didn't know what I was doing), the same way every time. I can get myself off in less than 5 minutes, but it's an exact science that can't be duplicated by anyone but me. I'm always face down, and it takes a precise amount of pressure and stimulation. Too much stimulation and it won't happen, and it takes quite a bit of pressure.
I've been dealing with this issue for a long time, and just tell anyone I'm dating that it's not going to happen, and if they make a big deal out of it, it puts a lot of pressure on me, so just don't stress over it. I love sex, so why does it matter. I still feel this way, but I kind of just assumed that eventually I'd get over this issue because it would magically happen one day. I'm starting to think it's not, and that I may need to try and trouble shoot the problem. I feel like I broke myself masturbating so long the same way. I literally can't get it to happen any other way, and believe me I've tried. If I can't even do it myself, I don't know how to help someone else out.
If it never happened I'd be okay, I still enjoy a very healthy sex life with my significant other, but I'd love to get some help and some answers on how to overcome this in hopes that I may be able to enrich my sex life.
