okay, so my boyfriend slept over and we got to things a lil fast i told him i wasnt ready but then i finally gave in.. he put it in no more than half way and he took it out because i couldn't take the pain . Now im wondering if that would consider me not a virgin? I didnt bleed or anything , he also didnt go in all the way or anything, but he kept saying we had sex and i kept saying no because you didnt even go in all the way and i didnt bleed. so am i virgin still?

If your hymen breaks and you bleed from falling or physical activity are you still a virgin? If you have sex repeatedly with a guy who is too big to go all the way in are you still a virgin?

It's all a bunch of theoretical discussion. Your opinion is not someone else's opinion on the matter. Why do you care anyway? Whether someone considers you a virgin or not doesn't change anything.

I guess I agree with Kira's post. By a dictionary definition of a virgin being someone who has not had intercourse, then technically you lost it. (and if you were not using protection you could get pregnant or a std, which would be considerations; it is not like his being "only" halfway in is protection) However, kira's questions are good. Some people argue over oral sex vs intercourse as being the threshold.
