I guess I agree with Kira's post. By a dictionary definition of a virgin being someone who has not had intercourse, then technically you lost it. (and if you were not using protection you could get pregnant or a std, which would be considerations; it is not like his being "only" halfway in is protection) However, kira's questions are good. Some people argue over oral sex vs intercourse as being the threshold.Comment
