First, use a condom, unless you are trying to get pregnant. This is an absolute necessity.
Second, read a book about sex. Go to the Planned Parenthood website. There are tons of information about female/male anatomy, sex, pregnancy, etc. Make sure you know it all.
Third, take your time. Don't rush it. Women need lots of foreplay. Try lots of oral and/or manual stimulation on her. Make she is ready.
