It's been my experience that this varies pretty widely from woman to woman, and can even vary with the same woman from one encounter to the next. As with most things sex related the key is communication. You have to communicate what feels good to your partner. It doesn't always have to be verbal. A nice moan when they're doing something you like works just as well.
