If your hymen's not broken, you're probably still a virgin by most technical standards.

Of course since your hymen can break other ways, it really doesn't matter. You can view it however you want - there is no absolute definition.

If you've had intercourse, you're not a virgin. Your hymen doesn't define whether or not you're a virgin. If his penis went inside you, you're no longer a virgin.

Don't worry about it, though =/. It's not a big deal. But, make sure next time if you don't want to that you insist that "no" means "no".

Virginity is kind of subjective. Scientifically, yes, you are if your hymen is not yet broken but the fact that you had some sort of experience means that you are not. It's up to you what you want to believe.
