In my admittedly limited sexual experience, I have most enjoyed the missionary position. Personally, I feel its quite good for intimacy since you can make eye contact, and kiss, and stuff. Plus the sensation of having her wrap her legs around yours is pretty amazing. Never had a woman claw at my back, but that sounds insanely great as well. Plus I have that coveted gentle upward curve, so I can hit the g-spot better than most in standard mish...

Anyways, the only drawback is that girls expect you to hold yourself up with your arms like its some kind of killer push-up. The position already requires us to expend considerable energy doing all the work of thrusting. I don't mind propping myself up for some of the time, but it gets exhausting pretty quick. But ideally, I like to just rest my weight naturally on by elbows and legs, and put the rest on the woman. I go about 170 lbs right about now (20-25 lbs lighter in my college days, hahaha) and I was wondering, how much weight do you ladies like your man to put on you in missionary?

I'd rather not feel like I'm pushing up a 40lb weight every time I breathe. Aside from uncomfortable and my airways eventually wheezing from the effort it is rather distracting. It was a little less noticeable when I was an indestructible teenager with a slightly underweight frame so I had no stomach sticking out but I still ended up usually 8-12" shorter and then 50-100lbs lighter than my partner. Usually my husband holds himself up completely until he finishes or gets really close and then only lays directly over me for a short time before leaning on one arm.

Seriously, I'm 5'1.5", 100 pounds; my husband is 6'2", 200 pounds. He likes the missionary position, I don't.

I love missionary but it is hard to sustain for a long period of time. Guys get tired and I don't want them putting their weight down on me. I say mix a little missionary in with a more comfortable position like doggy or woman on top.

Missionary is the only position my wife can orgasm, so we are pretty much stuck to that. She likes to be able to fully embrace me so I usually rest on my elbows. But I also like to support myself with the "killer push up" cause it seems I can go deeper into her. So I always alternate between the two. I can't totally rest my weight on her cause she wouldn't be able to breathe (I'm 5'9", only like 150 but she's quite small). I have no problem with it though.

Missionary isn't our preferred position. I have no problem with the weight discrepancy, I'm 5' 4", weight fluctuates between 130 and 150. He's 6' !" and about 180.

I know my husband likes to watch me when we make love even when we're not doing missionary. . I frequently catch him looking at one the mirrors in our bedroom. My dresser, my wall-mounted jewelry armoire ( full length mirror on the door and in the headboard of our bed.

We don't usually stay in missionary long when we use it, which isn't every time--usually it's near the end of our lovemaking when he is ready to climax, so he doesn't need to hold himself up for very long. So he usually takes most of his weight on his hands and holds himself off me so I can move my hips freely and so he can see my body (both of which make things happen very quickly even if he doesn't want them to). He will lie on me full length once his orgasm is over, but usually we roll over onto our sides before the weight becomes an issue at that point.

I feel bad for saying this, but I had trouble with my partner squishing me in this postition, so we went to gym together so we could build our strength and stamina so he could hold himself up longer and if need be I could support him for a few minutes. This helped alot, but he still needs to switch from time to time from arm to arm or elbow to elbow, which sometimes doesn't matter coz it can create a different angle and sometimes makes it more pleasurable.
