      No, not ever...that's a bad thing to do to anyone, man or woman. We are all built on self esteem, pride and ego - being compared to a past lover (unless it's to say that we are WAY better than him) is just not a pleasing thought...it makes us doubt everything we are doing.

      I still say your BF needs to see a doctor about his soft penis.

Have him see a urologist. If no physical problem can be identified, depression and psyciatric dissorders should be sought/treated. At 22 yrs old, erectile dysfunction is most likely phsical rather than psychological.
