Scared to be dominant in bed...?

When I'm in bed with a man in a I will gladly let him dominate me and take control, but when the tables turn it's hard for me to dominate. I'm very proud of my body, but I'm scared to take control or make the first risque move. I even feel apprehensive being on top, which really kills things. Lately I've wanted to overcome my fear of being vulnerable or making the wrong move and start being more dominant in bed, but I'm not sure how to build the confidence. Do guys like it when the girl takes control? More often than not? An confidence boosters? Thanks

My self my wife will take charge in bed as I love it. But sometimes she lets me take control so we play this game once in a while in the bedroom to lighten the mood. I could say read some dominant stories/movies from the internet get idea's build up the confidence. Only way to get over this fear is just do it start off slow be the one to ride your man till he explode that you won't stop till he does. Be a little forceful into some guys just loves this. Bite on the ear lobe and the nipples not to the point of blood nibble on the neck. Most guys do not like women who just lay there it's not fun and will turn most men off don't be like a blow up doll because that how that will be with just laying there. There's more to sex then just missionary there so many more position you can enjoy and have fun with good luck in your adventure for pleasure.

Try blindfolding your partner. Maybe having him not see what you are doing will give you some more confidence. Also a glass of wine or two also helps.

It's best if you have it in you to be that way so to speak, but you can play act for fun too. It's just that tho, acting, so there's really not a lot of risk involved. Who are you doing this with, a trusted partner or random people? I assume if it's a partner and you're comfy enough to have sex at all, acting a part during it will not be a big deal. If it's random people and you're trying to become Ms. Domme in their eyes ....maybe not the best idea.

Some guys like dominant women, some don't. There's no catch all for anything.

I'd like a little more clarification of the scenarios here, but if you're really interested we can help you with your technique. It's a two way street here tho hon, you have to do your part in the give and take, we can't just tell you 'x, y, z to become dominant.'

I'm not scared of it, I just don't have it in me to be dominant in bed.

People like different things. If he has hinted that he would like you to be dominant, then he will almost certainly enjoy it.

Good sex is about good communication. Be honest with him. Tell him you'd love to have a go at being dominant but you're not confident about it. The idea of blindfolding him is a good one. He will feel submissive but you also won't feel he's watching you or judging you. Tell him he's not allowed to speak so if there are silent periods where you're just adjusting to things or deciding what to do or just calming yourself down you won't feel like you're expected to be 'doing something'. Don't think of it so much as doing something for him, but about getting what you want (sexually) from the experience.

Whatever you do, he will love it. Yr first try doesn't have to be anything '50 Shades of Gray'. The fact that you're willing to do it will turn him on much more than what you actually do. Good luck and have fun - that's what it's all about.

That is so true many people, I believe assume there partner will like this or that in bed. Really didn't asked the main question with just basic communication skills with just asking if they would not just assume they would because you want to try it pretty simple to just ask.

Is the wine for confidence SP, or for its numbing purposes? lol

Don't be scared at all. Lilah's approach is always best . . . communicate out of the bedroom about your fantasies and gauge your partners interest. I also suggest that the two of you agree never to be judgmental in bed about anything. There are many times in the heat of the moment that something just compels you to try something. It either works or falls flat (so to speak). Whatever happens, the two of you should have the ability and comfort to try whatever moves you even if failure is an option. Something to laugh about later or something that might become a permanent part of your repertoire.
