This obviously has no basis in reality. Also, I just measured my thumb, it's approximately 2 1/2 inches long. I'm thinking it's an average length as far as thumbs go. I do know that a lot of people suck their thumbs so I'm assuming the average mouth can take in at least the same 2 1/2 inches. To deep throat I thought you had to at least hit the back of the mouth and into the soft palate so at least a little longer than 2 1/2 inches.

Logic says he's not hitting the back of her throat unless he is really mushing his entire pelvis and lower stomach up against her face, in which case - he's smothering her and she is gasping for air, not crying out in pain.
