I was with a new guy recently and noticed that he had different colors on his penis. He told me that he had been circumcised a few years ago for a tight foreskin.

These seem to have quite different colors on them!

I haven't been with a circumcised guy before and was wondering whether it was common to have such obvious scars and different on circumcised penises?

The inner skin of the penis shaft doesn't have much pigmentation in many cases where as the outer skin (and the foreskin) may have significant pigmentation. After circumcision, the shaft may have dark pigmentation up to the circumcision scar and lighter pigmentation between the circumcision scar and the glans (head) which is shown in some of the circumcision scar pictures. I was circumcised as an infant. I don't have much color variation from one side of the circumcision scar to the other side. Part of it may be that I am naturally light skinned.

This can happen some time the foreskin can reattached it self. So they numb it up and snip the skin that reattached and sew up an done. So there's no sex for 2 to 4 weeks after that.
