Sometimes it's kind of hard to define an orgasm with no measure except feel. If it feels really good to have sex, even better when he orgasms, and I feel satisfied then did I have a small orgasm? I think this is more common amongst women who orgasm from penetration since the rhythm is controlled by the woman (rhythm is important in reaching climax). The grinding helps provide some extra stimulation to the clitoris, both the glans and the rest of it.

I do think that being on top is probably the best position for a woman to orgasm as it gives her the control and the ability to "grind" herself onto the penis. Though it does work for me I've found that just having the penis inside of me in just about any position will do the trick. Yes of course. Oral sex is probably one of the easiest ways for me to orgasm. It's just that when I orgasm I prefer to have the penis inside of me as the fullness within me at the time of the orgasm gives me an extra "high." It's probably all just in my head but it works for me.
