You'll find that the members here will say, this site does

    You missed one.

I think it varies based on the knowledge of availability and I think the first thing people do is "discuss" with a friend confidentially before going further.

wel this is my point...coz..for many people..its hard to gain confidence and trust to share something personal...and they also feel many times that if they seek advice or guidance from a friend..is he able and capable of giving a valid and sincere advice or not...thts why i asked this question...i have tried to be helpful..i do arrange many free health education camps and counseling sessions in my vicinity for poor and under privilege people and also give them option to contact online for free advice or guidance and counseling...so...i would hope n wish i can be helpful to friends on this forum also.

I am still unclear what you mean.

For couples in a relationship, "sex life improvement" usually results from improvement in the relationship in general. Intimacy in a relationship is difficult without good communication, love, trust, appreciation and commitment. In that sense, therapy/counseling is a very good option to improve communication skills and help resolve issues in the relationship.

CW is right, this forum is great place to start. The forum provides anonymity, which hopefully allows the poster to provide all relevant information without embarassment. People use this to get ideas, get support, empathy and compassion and to receive solid advice from people who have been through it before. You will be a welcome addition.

effy2014...a good sexlife can be a real gift to any couple who wish to enjoy a pleasureful relation life...for different people and couples idea of a good sexlife is
different.....in general communication trust and understanding shud develop in any relation and it shud continue to grow to allow a healthy relation to sustain..in many under developed countries..situation is not so good when it comes to being open in a relationship..to communicate in a male dominant society is hard for any woman unless her partner has an open mind and educated mind to accept her as of same rights as he has..so..while working with lots of such couples and organizations in these areas...i know that to some point...more or less...lots of girls and women do feel that their right of exploration of pleasure and satisfaction in sexlife is being compromised to little or more extent...so...thts why i posted this to know what girls, women or even some men think about learning methods to cope up with such situation if they encounter it...it may seem strange to u while being in a developed educated society but things are much different in under privilege and less educated countries
