Hello I am 20 years old. I have vaginismus. Every since me and my bf have been sexually active, it burns on the bottom of my vagina just inside. I am extremely tight and have a tiny body size. I have tried all different types of lubes and I now use Swiss navy which makes it burn the least. It doesnt matter If we use spit, natural wetness or lube I burn everytime and most of the time he cant get in more then an inch or less before I cant stand it anymore and need to stop. We have tried many different positions.
He doesnt have a "huge" penis, just avg if not alittle below avg. I even one day put a toy in my vagina all day and walked around. Then that night we had sex and it actually went right in without any problems..

This is why I think it burns because I am tight. Everytime we have sex, I bleed, so I think he is tearing skin and thats where the burning is coming from. And then its not healed all the way so next time we have sex, the wetness causes the burning sensation. But then, if we dont have sex often, my floor muscles cause me to be extremely tight again. Thats where the "vaginmus" comes into play and it sucks

Pretty much, I'm looking for advise on how to prevent the "burning" and also what do you guys think it could be thats causing the burning. Also, any advice on how to fix the burning.

If you can put a toy in but not the penis, it's a matter of your muscles tightening probably due to stress. Now your body is associating sex with pain so it automatically clenches and tightens. If you had vaginismus, you wouldn't be able to use a tampon, let alone a toy. What you need to do is slow down. NEVER FORCE IT. IF IT HURTS, STOP ASAP. Lots of foreplay. Have an orgasms before hand. Enjoy all aspects of sex before getting to intercourse. Maybe a glass of wine to help you relax.
